On one hand, speaker refers to a loudspeaker (sound system) where he says he is always rude on the speaker, meaning his music is aggressive to be considered rude and on the other hand, Speaker refers to the Speaker of Parliament. In Parliament, no motion can be debated or passed without the Speaker presiding over the session. Sewersydaa says he is "rude kwa Speaker" to compare himself to a disruptive politician who makes it impossible for any motions to pass.
